Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods surrounding FIFA World Cup 2026 match days, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll notify you if there's any delay.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping – 5–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
  • Customs & Import Duties: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders.
  • Some collectible items may have regional shipping restrictions due to FIFA licensing agreements. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@crestvalesports.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@crestvalesports.com — we can make changes before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once it has been dispatched.
